Depends how old you are. You can always contact the Ottawa-Carleton School Board regarding foreign students at http://www.ocdsb.edu.on.ca/
Will you have somewhere to live while in Ottawa? That is something that you will also have to take into consideration. And how are you planning to buy food, clothing etc...
