It means exactly what she said. The baby really is pushing on her bladder. The baby is growing and your sisters body is running out of room. Everything gets shifted around to make the room needed.
The last couple months are the worst for bladder pressure. She will probably be urinating alot more often, too.
if she has any burning or pain when she urinates, it could be a urinary or bladder infection and should be checked out.
After the baby is born, this will pass.

The weight of the baby is pushing on her bladder, this is very common in late pregnancy. I know when I was pregnant I would pee and before I could even pull my pants back up I had to pee again. As soon as she has the baby this will all go away.

It often feels as if the baby is pushing on your bladder because it is...
All it means is the baby is growing.... When I was pregnant with my 3rd child I felt like she was doing the tango on my bladder for the last 2 months... I would go from not having to pee to having to pee NOW!!!!! in one kick...
Every pregnant woman feels the bladder crowding it's perfectly normal...

The baby is big, and pushing on her bladder. Not a big deal. I have felt this way for awhile now. nope, doesn't mean anything other than the obvious.. She's pregnant! :) Congrats on being an aunt.

yes, It means the baby is pushing on her bladder, and it makes her have to pee more frequently. As the baby grows in your abdomen - your womb does stretch, but the baby also presses on the surrounding organs a bit. this is very typical and happens to every pregnant woman.

Look at a diagram of a woman's anatomy and you will see how the uterus lies right against the bladder. That is why pregnant women have to go to the bathroom all the time, and sometimes feel like they need to go even if they don't.

It means the babys sitting on her bladder. Think about it she has this 4-7 lb (maybe more) baby in her uterus everything is VERY crowded. Once the baby is born she'll feel better.

It just means the baby is on her bladder. The baby has probably dropped too.
Congrats on your new neice or nephew!

Means baby is getting positioned for birth. This happens because baby is getting bigger and has less room. Soon the baby will be under her ribs too.
