The Back up helps in case something goes wrong during the New Install. The easiest way to perform the backup is to simply copy the data folders to another disk or computer.

just install it ..it will automatically be upgraded and will resme all ur preinstalled programmes and settings ..
but i never tried it ..so make a restore check pont ..b4 doing this ..
