What is the difference between them? I know the mg but does the 37.5 mg work faster than 30 mg??

I would say the difference is going to be just the amount of product in the pill. I used 37.5 for a while, and for the first week I was whirling around and hardly sleeping (worked all night once) but after that you get used to it. It's just a sort of speed. And it was a booger to get off of it. Good luck!
