You're probably too young to remember them(I haven't seen one in years) but the old Orange Julius franchises used the same basic combo. At the time, I started making them by putting 2 or 3 small scoops of ice cream into a glass and adding orange juice. You then just give it a few stirs and enjoy. But you might want to practice a little moderation on the quantities.

When you drink large amounts of milk and orange juice one
after another, there's nothing happening except that your
stomach is really full and you may feel uneasy. However, orange juice contains mainly citric acid (vitamin C) and milk contains lactic acid which will not produce any reaction. You're safe.

That is a lot of orange juice. Did you know that vitamin C is a diuretic? In large amounts, it can cause really bad diarrhea. That combined with the milk will probably give you a really bad stomach ache.

You're putting lots of citric and lactic acid in your stomach, but not enough to do any harm.
