Depends if the jokes they tell are always in bad taste or genuinely annoying or terrible.
If someone tells a joke that sucks or that I don't like I don't laugh or snicker or anything because I don't want them to keep telling me sucky jokes.
If they are persistant when I have made it clear I don't like it - I lose it ...
