is asking a woman her bra/panty size when she isnt dating you,and she tells you,is that a sign of sexual/attraction on her part to you? saying you will buy her lingerie to show her how you feel towards her is that attrction as well?

It's rude to ask a woman her bra, panty, dress size. It's also rude to ask her age and weight. If we wanted men to know, we would wear the labels on the outside of out clothing.
If all you care about is her bra and panty size, then you come across as a shallow jerk looking to get soemthing out of her.
If she actually answers you, then I would say she is either a very confident woman and doesn't care who knows, or she is looking for attention.
As for offering to buy a woman you aren't dating lingerie, I would run like h*ll! When a man buys a woman lingerie, he expects to see her in them. So if there is no relationship there, he would be telling me that all he wants is sex. It wouldn't come across as attraction, just lust. He's not interested in my mind or me as a person, just my body.
If you want to impress a girl, go with safer, more traditional gifts. Flowers, chocolates, romantic cards, etc... It will let her know that you care about her, and not see her as a object. Women don't want to be thought of as that.
