I know this sounds strange, but I just read this in a question from a young woman, who apparently rates men who have "saved" themselves for her quite highly.
So now I'm curious- does that same possessive streak about being your mate's "first and only" exist in women?

Not for me. I always avoided virgins like the plague. They require too much instruction (not all of them) and then tend to get the puppy dog syndrome, where they follow you around constantly. I have had a few, but if given the chance, I would not do it again.

It would be nice for all concerned but we don't have those types of morals anymore.
If the woman thinks highly of virginity she will have a difficult time getting a husband without sacrificing something else (like love?).
To get to it though, yes I think it exists, but most women are a bit more realistic and know the value of the compomises they might have to make (such as getting married much later in life in order to find a virgin who is also a good mate).
the times are a chang'n. Of course the free porn on the net might satisfy the needs of many boys and keep them virgins, but then what kind of mate will they make then, huh?

I'm sure everyone prefers that the person they marry will be a virgin...but some people just prefer it more. The possessive streak can exist in both men and women.

I would not. I have slept with 1 virgin and it was awful. I would want my guy to have some experience how ever we never want to hear you've slept with alot of woman. 3 or 4 tops even if it was more. I hate to tell someone to lie but never more that 4

most women do like the though of being a guys first. also on the other hand women do like guys with experience too.

in general the viginty is related and considered in the context sexual inter course.. the ifrst relation ship is everlasting in our memories and it will be intresting. prefer to have sex with virgin thats it.. Men and women equallyexpect the virginity from their partners.. this is my opinion ..
