There is a stray cat who had four kittens. Two are fine but two are very thin and have puss on the eyes and what appears to be colds. Also have white little things moving on their faces. Flea LArva or something. Anyway I have no money for a VET is there anywhere to go that can bill me or do freework? I am in Connecticut.

Take them to the local animal shelter. If the kittens are not to sick, they will try and fix them up and get them ready for adoption.
You can also try calling the vets in your area. Let them know that you found 4 kittens and that they are ill and need care. If you are planning on keeping them the vet may allow you to make payment arrangements. If you are not planning on keeping them, they may have some other ideas as to what you can do.

Good Luck!

Chances are the white things in the feces are tapeworm from a heavy flea burden...do they look like flecks of rice??
2nd the pus in the eyes and colds is most likely cat flu. It can be one of 3 main viruses that affects cats early on, you can vaccinate against it but the healthy ones are also at risk without vaccines.
Really you need some antibiotics from your vet to counteract any secondary infection and help them come good.
You can call your local animal shelter and surrender the kittens (and mother) or you can take them on and pay the costs, there are some societies that may help you so call a local vet and see what they say.
Until then wipe their little noses and offer warmed smelly, high quality kitten food to help them grow, milk replacer may be needed if they are 4 weeks. You can bathe the eyes with warm water and keep them warm and quiet and get on to that flea and parasite problem ASAP!
Good luck with it!

Not everyone will like my answer, and I'm sorry. If you can't give the cat proper care, then take it to the animal shelter. they will give it the care it needs and find her and all the kittens homes. If it's really bad, then find a no kill shelter.

brilliant answers. spca

Sadly the sick ones you describe symptoms=upper respiratory infection. At the SPCA I worked at, kittens and cats displaying these sypmtoms were immediately put down so they wouldn't infect the other critters. Sad. Bless your heart for trying!

Good for you for caring.. The puss in the eye is Cat flu.. they could die from this or loose their sight. ! People like you give me hope.. There is bound to be animal charities in your area.... in failing that ask ur local police force. for animal welfare

im on the other side of the country, but the best suggestion i can give you is to contact your local SPCA or humane society and ask them to help. tell them your problem, and ask for a trap. once you catch the mother, it will be easier to catch the babies. you might even need tongs to catch them, and as harsh as it may seem, even if you can't save the babies, maybe they can spay mom and give her back to you if you're willing to care for her. at least you won't exacerbate the problem. good luck to you!!
