I haven't seen even any russian stuff go for less than $200,000 US with reasonable TT (2,000+hours). You also need a staff mechanic for any thoughts of flying russian birds as well as good access to spares. This one can cary up to 32 people (if you stack them). This is widely used in the middle-east. It also has a not so pretty record of crashes but most are probably poor maintenance and pilot error. For a smaller helo I would always recomend the Bell 206L1. This is like the Cessna of rotorwing. Good performance, very reliable, good parts supply, and everyone knows how to fly it.

What/where are you going to use this? The terrain, weather, etc. makes a big difference in your selection.

You could get a 4 "place" Robinson which would have a single piston engine for around $200,000. Or a VIP Sikorsky with twin jet engines room for 6 in the back for 15 Million, an S92 (bigger) excess of 25 Mil depending on how fancy you want the interior.

The cheapest helicopters are Russian made and very rugged too.Contact their embassy to give you the leads.you should be able to pick one up under 50000 dollars in very good condition.
