Eat a little less. My doctor told me to take about the amount of one handfull of food and remove it from your plate.

Also, exercise is really important. Start with walking when ever you can. Remember the goal is to be healthy not look good. Looking good is just a by product of living healthy.

Take care and good luck. I know you'll do great.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Let me get this straight. That's 101 pounds. And you think you're overweight?

Get real. You could put on 15 pounds (6-7 kilos) and STILL not be fat.

Healthy diet, and regular exercise. Take a walk every day, or ride your bike. In the winter, go skating!

You have to exercise and eat less fattening foods if you want to lose weight, It takes dedication and determination but you can do it if you want it bad enough.

46kgs = 101.6lbs which is far too little for 5'3". You DO NOT need to lose any weight at all.
