her doctor will let her know. Most airlines wont let you on a plane after your 8th month.

The best judge of the situation would be your wife herself with the support of her doctor. As long as she is not jeopardizing her own well being and/or the passengers' the airline should not have much to say about it within reason.

It think in the first trimester you can't fly. I flew when I was eight months pregnant. My doctor said it was the first few months you shouldn't. She better ask a doctor before she starts flying. Good luck!

Hey, I wanted to fly myself ( I'm Pregnant) and didn't even give the matter any thought. I guess till your 6-7 months, it's no risk. She should ask her doctor anyway.

Flying is safe. She needs to have extra fluid intake though. How long can she go would depend on the airline policy, insurance policy and her health state.

Well, until the 3rd trimester, thats when doctors wont let them fly at all. but you dont have to worry about here not getting her exercise tho.
