In a hetero relationship do you always give oral or recieve or swich? It changes with the relationship doesnt it? Same with Homosexual relationships. Ive dated women who are only recievers, and some who like to swich. It all depends on the person and state of relationship. Also its to each his own, dont do something if you dont like, you dont NEED to start to like anything you dont want to. chances are if you dont like it now you wont later.

I can't add any inside to the gay man issue, but the anal sex question I can. I personally LOVE anal sex, actaully I like any kind of anal play. But I didn't the first time. My theory is this... try something 3 times to get a real answer as to your own preference. The first time, it's different, maybe weird, maybe painful. The second time, the pain and weirdness is gone, but you are still a little tense and you really have a frame of reference because the first time was really a blur. So when you try it a third time, THEN you not only have the second for reference (better, worse, same, different etc.) but you are open, relaxed and can enjoy it or realize that it's not for you. That is how I've handled every sexual experimentation in my life and I thinkit's a very good way to know for sure.

Ok for starters, I'm straight.
But I've had this conversation with several gay friends....
Apparently it varies. and not all gay men do anal.
Some couples are generally one bottom and one top, and yes these generally somewhat conform to a prissier girlier gay man and a more passable gay man, but not always. Many other couples are 'flexible' or 'switchable' where the baton is passed. (pun very much intended)
And from a bunch of other questions and experience, for some people get into it, some never will. Some love it from the start.

Funny that all the guys that answered just HAD to define that they were straight.......but anyway, all gay couples are different, some like it, some don't, some are tops (givers), some are bottoms (receiver), some are both. As far as you not liking it the first time, that's up to you if you ever try it again. You may never like it, or you might eventually.
