I have and if you are both mature about it it really doesn't matter, it doens't make a big difference. Now if you break up don't make drama b/c that is not nice and or healthy for the work environment!!!

It is ok as long as you realize that it may not work out. You then cannot go to human resources and claim sexual harrassment. If you work directly for or they are an equal in the same department, I would not do it. There are many jobs out there, so don't put someone through a sexual harrassment lawsuit. No one is a winner. We had a few of these at our place of employment and it caused all kinds of problems company wide.

As long as you want to end up unemployed. Usually the employer will fire both of you if they discover this is going on.
