Yes, but be happy you are going through it. Because if you weren't then that means the devil wouldn't be worried about you getting closer to God so he would not mess with you. Rejoice in your trials and tribulations. It is a test of faith, and will make you stronger.

Praise the Lord for these road blocks. Try to remember the road blocks those experienced the day of 9/11. Some people's car wouldn't start. Others got stuck in traffic. Some people's children got sick and they had to stay home with them. What ever the distraction on that day for those people, it saved their lives.
Embrace the things that you find get in your way, because as a Christian, you are no longer in control of your life, but God is. So it is He who caused you to miss your appointment for what ever His reason may be. Perhaps you might have gotten into a car accident, or something along those lines. Just re schedule your appointment and dont' worry about it.
You will know when it is satan who is attacking you. But when that happens, just try to smile and know that if your weren't doing God's will, satan would be leaving you alone.
Stay in God's word and Ask God for his traveling mercies upon you and always ask God for His guidance before you do anything in life. It will make all the difference in what happens in your day.

I hope you were saved before you got baptized. If not, go down a sinner, come up a sinner. If you want to follow God, know that trials will come. Satan had no reason to tempt you before becoming a believer, you belonged to him. Now, he's upset because you're on the Lord's side (the best place to be, might I add). You need to know, that God allows satan to tempt us (look at Job). You wont put no more on you than you can bear. If God is allowing satan to test you, then He's trying to take you to another level. Satan, wants you to tuck your tail and run back to him, but the devil is a liar. Give God praise in all your test and trials!

Things happen and God is there to take us through it. We are living in a place where there is illness all around. You need to stay strong in the Word of God no matter what comes your way. Satan will do his temptations, but if you keep your eyes on the Lord....he will not win.... Even if you were not baptized, you would have probably had this same problem, only now you have a Savior by your side. God Bless.

How every you try and serve the Lord (getting baptized, trying to break a sin), Satan will try and get you to feel that you are not worthy or unable to make it (so why not just give up now). He will try and do this in many ways, looking for some thing that will get you to give up on Jesus.
Be strong in the Lord and in the Power of His Might.
Keep praying and claiming the protection of Jesus' blood as your covering.

I noticed you said you got baptized Sun, but when did you get saved? Baptism doesnt save I hope you know that. But yes once a person gets saved the devil then begins to try and pull you away from God.

You think that your faith is being tested because you were late for a Dr's appointment through no fault of your own?
Wow if more peoples faith were tested like that we wouldn't have the problems we have in this world that we do.
That isn't satan tempting you, it's just daily happenings that affect your life. Don't get angry at the Lord just because you were late for an appointment. Get over it and reschedule...

I have, Jesus has, all of the apostles have, almost all Christians have. Satan does not like it when we follow God, but remeber it is not the baptism that saved you it is your faith in Christ, so stay the course, God well not let things overwhelm you, trust in the Lord and "put on the full Armor of God."

Yeah, that happens all the time.
Hang in there.
The closer you get to God, the more the devil tries.
Stay the course. You can do it with God's help.
Hope everything goes better in your situation.

I think it happens to everyone. You just have to hang in there and fight it. It will get better, I promise. When the devil is riding you, just pray and God will help you through it. Just stay in church and stick to you beliefs. It's easy when you first get saved and you're excited about it, but as time goes by, if your not careful you'll start slipping.
