Yes in that they are rich in Vitamin C and natural antibiotics, so that means that they help you fight off bacteria and improve your immune system. It also helps the digestive system function more efficiently.

No in that excessive consumption in the long run may cause you to get porous intestines. The pores of your intestines are meant to absorb nutrients from your food, but if they open up larger than normal your body will have difficulty differentiating the nutrients from the toxins.

One chilli pepper (either a large red one or a small green one) per meal should be enough but be careful not to overdo it.

Yes, they are good for you due to the high levels of antioxidents contained in them (vitaimin c and flavinoids, particularly the red ones). However they also have an addictive substance in them which may mean you become dependent, and that would not be good for you, and you should maybe ease off on the daily intake.

They are good for you the increase your metabolism and have vitamin C and are good in helping the body expell the toxins. I grow all kinds my favorite are the hot banana peppers I can just eat those off the plant.

Very! However, I can't stand peppers of any kind. But, they help brake down the food in your GI Track so the food is metobolized more thoroughly. They are also very high in Vitamin C and are littered with Flavinoids.
