Call the vet, they will tell you.
Generally done within the first week of life, these are both cosmetic procedures and not always necessary, especially the tails! Like ears, the tails are cropped - or cut off - for cosmetic reason. Many people are now choosing to leave them alone for this reason. Dews are frequently done the first week of life and generally do not provide medical reason. I have seen many dogs with dew claws and no issues. The biggest concern is them getting caught and then ripping out. If anything, the dews are acceptable to have removed, but leave the tails (and or ears) alone and let them be natural. If the dews aren't done, they can be when the dog is with their new owner during their spay or neuter.

Too late! It has to be done at 3-5 days old, when the spine is not as developed & the nerves & blood vessels are less likely to suffer too much damage.
Why did you not ask your vet or read about these things BEFORE you bred your dogs? The only thing that can be done now is the next owners have it done when they are adults -IF they can find a vet that will do this then risky, extremely bloody surgery. I was present for a tail dock on a year old Rottweiler the 'breeder' didn't know had to be done as a few days old pup, also. I never saw anything nastier.
Please, educate yourself more about breeding. There are enough irresponsible people sticking 2 dogs in the backyard now as it is thinking they are going to make money - dogs should only be bred to improve the breed. Sorry to sound harsh, but you need to think about what you are doing.

Leave the tails alone. IMO docking/cropping are cruel procedures that do nothing to improve a dog's quality of life. Done improperly, either docking or cropping can actually mutilate a dog rather than improve his/her appearance.
Dewclaws on the front are OK- dogs use them for climbing and digging and front dewclaws should be left intact.
Dewclaws on the rear (most dogs do NOT have rear dewclaws, but some dogs are born with them) may pose problems especially if they extend out from the foot (they can be ripped off, especially by an active dog who likes to run and tunnel) and rear dewclaws when present should be removed- ideally when puppies are less than a week old. Dewclaws can be removed concurrently with the spay/neuter surgery but if the dewclaw includes a full, bony joint- essentially an extra toe- this is painful surgery, an amputation really, that takes time to recover from.
If the rear dewclaws are present and only attached by a skin flap they can generally be removed easily and should be removed to prevent the dog from snagging them and possibly ripping them off. If the rear dewclaws are close to the foot or are attached to a fully formed toe your Vet can help you decide if removal is necessary or desirable.
Unfortunately I have this issue with my Belgian Malinois- she has intact rear dewclaws on fully formed toes that are close to the foot. I acquired her at age two and she had already been spayed so removal during the spay wasn't an option for me. A while back she did tear off one of the nails but not the toe. Since then we have been keeping the nails on the dewclaws trimmed very short and we have not had any problems. Her Vet does not recommend removal at this stage (she's four years old now) unless she is under anesthetic for a medically necessary procedure, or if she has any further problems with them. Ideally they should have been removed at birth- 1 week.
Remove any rear dewclaws on young pups- but leave their tails and front dewclaws alone!

They have dew claw removal and tail docking done at 2-3 days after birth because they dont have feeling then. You'll need to contact your vet to find out anything after that. We'll you need to contact your vet anyways.

Go with answer number one! I got my Dane from a "natural" breeder and had to have dew claws surgically removed. It is best within the first couple days of their lives but can be done later. Murphy was 9 weeks when he had his claws done... so get it done as soon as you can.

They do tail docks are dew claws at three to five days old.
Older than that and it will require major surgery and they will have to go under anestesia to have it done.
Talk to your vet and see what they say.

Sorry but you've missed your window of opportunity. 3-5 days is the rule of thumb.
Where I live tail docking is banned and I think that's great! Boxers look awesome with tails. Perhaps you can start a new trend in your area, it is a pretty gruesome procedure.

Should have been done before now and if you're breeding dogs, you should know that. Talk to your vet as now it's a much more major procedure.

I don't know. What I do know is that you DO NOT DESERVE TO BE BREADING DOGS!!! You obviously do not know anything about it, and should not be doing it.
There are enough dogs on this earth that do not have homes, and now you have added to the population.
Spay and neuter your dogs immediately.
