I mean Christians and Jews are way ahead in the "killing of innocent lives" category. Look at the estimated 9 million killed in the "Crusades" many of whom were Christian. Then there's the Jews persecution of the Canaanites, which continues today in Israel.(The Canaanites were modern day Palestines) Check out this website by Jews : http://www.ifamericansknew.org/

I know, how would they feel if someone said that all of Christians acted like the Ku Klux Klan? That is what they are doing, they are generalizing by projecting terrorist qualities on all Muslims. Good point about the crusades.

Norman: Unfortunately, in the middle east Muslims do not have the right of free speech. If they speak out against the terrorists that their governement supports then they will be killled. Those Muslims in America do protest, there was a march for peace in washington a bit back organized by Muslims. Open your eyes!

The Crusades happened fuking 1000 years ago. We are living in the present, society is supposed to be more civilized today. Christians and Jews condemn Islam for a few wacky terrorists since their behaviour is not civil and frankly is extreme. If Islam was a peaceful religion, then these muslim extremists wouldn't blow up buildings, kill nuns, burn effigies or do some other crazy $hit.

Oh, and The Pope made a comment about Islam, yes he is correct, Islam is the satan in this world, Islam is fuking up this world. Islam is bringing hatred and bloodshed to this world. People are getting brainwashed to the extreme. Oh, and The Pope apologized, but some muslims still want him dead? WTF?

Also, remember these journalists that were kidnapped? They were ***** forced to convert to Islam before being released otherwise they would have been beheaded.

First not all Jews and Christians condemn Islam. To say that would be to put yourself in the same category of stereotyping that is the answer to your question. The problem is that most people when they hear that things happen and that a group is behind it. They automaticaly blame the whole group instead of realize that like most extreme groups in anything, that it isn't Islam that is to blame or the whole religion. But that the group is a RADICAL group from Islam that has misinterpreted, or more politely understand Islam differently. it isn't all of Islam that feels that way. Islam to my understanding is a peaceful religion on the whole. But also remember that some events that happen, people make statements that piss the people off. Like the Pope making retarded statements where he doesn't have a say in it. If you look at history the Catholic church hasn't exeactly been a shining beacon of peace when it comes to others beliefs. But the out cries sometimes come from all of the religion because they are Islamic, and unlike alot of us that claim to be part of a religion and never go, they practice their religion, and others don't understand it because maybe it is different.

Crusades were not conducted by Christians alone... they just get all the beef because they were successful in invading and holding Islamic lands. In truth the Moors started the Crusades by attempting to lay siege to the Church in the east. Estimated 9 million killed in the Crusades? Is that just by Christians or was half or more done by Muslims?

Liberals are best at burying their heads in sand. There are an estimated 1 billion muslims in the world. If only one percent were radical Islamo-fascists, that is a lot of wacky people. Do the math.
You are in denial, like all liberals, when it comes to recognizing evil. There are no Christian terrorists operating today. There are no Jewish terrorist organizations operating today.
All of the terrorists, living and dead, today are radical muslims. These crazies want to make everyone muslims and take over the world.
Have the guts to face the truth and don't try obfuscating with something that happened or did not happen 1500 years ago.

Yes, it is a mess isn't it.. That is why, I believe, that quite a number of learned scholars emphatically state that religion is the cause of most conflicts and wars. It is sad to believe that way but it certainly has the appearances of being true.

I believe that one of the main reasons why non Islamic individuals blame Islam believers is because NO one in the Islamic community condemns the wacky terrorists.. Thus.. does that mean that they are in cahoots with the terrorists.. Does that mean that they have a passive accords with the terrorists?

I don't think that they condemn "Islam" as in the people who practice that religion and lead peaceful lives. What they condemn is a religion made by men that teaches gullible followers that if they join with corrupt and violent men in a "holy war" they are guaranteed a place in Heaven.

As to your pointing out past wrong doings, I'm sure you know that two wrongs don't make a right and the past mistakes of the Crusaders are not condoned today. As to the Jews, I can't speak for them and what they do today other than to say that God gave them the land they now occupy and that He was the one who told them to be used as his instrument on judgment on the people who lived in the land of Caanan after waiting for about 400 years to give them time to repent of their sins of be judged for them.

Genesis 15:13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years; 14 And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance. 15 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age. 16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.

18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates: 19 The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites, 20 And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims, 21 And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites.

Man has been killing man in the name of religion for centuries. That is not God's will but man's mistaken notion. We are in the end times and these things will come to pass before Jesus' final return. A good book to read which can be read online in a couple of hours is "The False Prophet" by Ellis Skolfield. It explains modern day events in light of the prophecies in Daniel and interpretation of the book of Revelation.

Without delving into the religious errors of past centuries, we believe today that we live in 'civilised times'.
The tragedy of ancient religions is - they have generally outlived their usefulness. When we see people kill or commit other misdeeds in the name of their religion, we accept it as wrong, despite any arguement to the contrary.
Western Society has fortunately moved on and has accepted as a right personal control of one's own life.
We freely choose not kill of maim another person because they refuse to believe as we do.

Because when people are hurt and angry, then tend to blame more people than necessary, just so they have someone to blame. When 9/11 hit, everyone was looking for someone to blame, because we all were hurt and angry about what happened. When the terrorists told us that they planned and executed the attacks in the name of their religion, we blamed their religion. You may like this book: "When Religion Becomes Evil" by Charles Kimball. That may help.
