I'm throwing a party and wanted to have a full cash bar, but I need to buy the alcohol myself, do you know what the stardard is for a stocked full bar? There will be about 75 people there, I'm not looking for different brands, just types, like vodka, rum, whiskey etc... Thanks!

Here goes,
Vodka
Gin
Whiskey
Scotch
Rum
Brandy
Southern Comfort
Beer light and regular Miller & Bud
Wine, some of each Blush, Red & White
Mixers, cola, diet cola, white soda (like 7-up) diet & regular
Olives, Lemons & Limes
Bottled water
Ice
Plastic glasses
And a tip jar for the bartender.

You should have plenty of whiskey, rum, and vodka, those are the main liquors, (depending on what type of people you have working there) you might want to get some higher grades of whiskey, rum and vodka. You also need fillers, like cranberry juice, orange juice, soda, 7up, and tonic. Also, make sure and get limes... its always a great garnish, except for whiskey, you need lemons for that! Might not be a bad idea to have some margaritas for the ladies!

Beer...lots & lots mostly light, but full flavored for the people with good taste
Wine, lots...chardonay, pino grigio, & merlot...more white than red
Wine spritzers for the wussies...
Vodka, Rum, whiskey & other brown liquors, Gin, all the standards
MIXERS to go with said hard liquor tonic, soda, coke etc
A good mixology book
But, if you are throwing the party & want your friends to pay, you may be a lonely guy that day, so be sure to get stuff you like!

Vodka, Whiskey, Gin, Amaretto, Rum, Coke, Sprite, Tonic, OJ, and Pineapple, and of course...beer and boxed wine. Those are the basics.

Most cash bars nowadays sell more beer and wine than anything else. Don't forget the bottled water.

whiskey ,rum,vodka,gin,taquira,beer,wine.. u can if u hav the knowlege of making cocktails or mocktails it will also work well like bloody mary,planters punch,virgin mary,srew driver etc.....
