my blood sister who is older than me has taken my boyfriend whom we've been together for so long and i am the one who introduced them to each other. they are now together and this has tressed me. please help

That is just a damn shame but not for nothing you can't put all the blame on her cause he has his own mind she didn't put a gun to his head. He choose her over you therefore he is just as much to blame as she is. Don't worry in time you will fall in love again just stay encouraged and most of all don't let the two of them see you hurt. Go out enjoy life and move pass this meet other people and get on with your life. Good Luck sweetie keep your head up!

Or
Try to get over it , and finding another guy ,because the important thing is not to lose your sister over a boyfriend, even if she took him from you intentionally
Good sisters nowadays are rare , be one and be better than her.
