I suffered an eating disorder when I was 17 years old. I was anorexic. The best thing you can do is don't eat fat foods and eat very healthy and you wont have to stick your fingers down your throat. You have the urge to throw up because you are eating fattning food, you should eat healthy so you dont have to throw up all the fat you eat if you eat a balanced diet such as fruits vegetables and protein you wont have to worry about getting fat. I currently weight 104 pounds and I used to weight 97 pounds when I was anorexic so I gained 6 pounds. I work out a lot to feel better about my body and myself. Join a gym and eat a balanced diet and you wont have to worry about being fat ever again.

When you keep on making yourself throw up, you will get to the point where you have no control over it. Your stomach will automatically convulse whenever you eat because that's what you have trained it to do. Repetitive vomiting not only erodes your teeth, it damages your vocal cords and can cause a split in your esophagus severe enough that you would bleed to death. But you probably know all that already.
Unfortunately you are right - weight discrimination is a fact in our society. But there are ways to keep your weight down without resorting to being or staying a bulimic.
Please realize that being too thin is just as bad as being too fat. People know there is something wrong with you.
Start eating things that your stomach will accept in small portions. Maybe a boiled egg, some cottage cheese, or diet pudding. Make yourself wait at least a half hour if you feel the urge to purge. If you can make it that half hour try to add on another 5 minutes. Every time you eat, make yourself wait and each time make the wait a little longer.
Becoming an anorexic or a bulimic is a habit that turned into an obsession. You started out a little a time and you can break it a little at a time. I challenge you to take control back over your life. Others have done it and so can you.

There isn't any simple straight-forward solution to your eating disorder.
I've been suffering from anorexia since the middle of last year and i am trying so hard to get over it once and for all. It isn't as easy as you think it may be.
I know i'm not in a position to advice you since i myself am going through an eating disorder, but you should seek some professional help.
In fact, i just got off the phone an hour ago with a pastor from my church to guide me on my road to recovery.
One thing i can tell you is that you need to get help as soon as possible 'cos an eating disorder can kill a person and this isn't a joke.

1. Try to get helpful friends who understand what you are going through and are willing to support you through.
2. Try counselling because the problem is rooted in attitude, yours and that of the people who think you are fat.
3. You may also see a nutritionist to advise on the kinds of food you should eat to keep you healthy. Remember that you are a beautiful person and weight increase may be genetic, something you may not be in control of.
