Let that soft cheese sit out until it's at room temperature. Open a lovely bottle of wine.
Get out some nice water crackers from the Imported section of your supermarket.
Slice some cheese and place a little wedge on the cracker. Insert into mouth. Follow with a sip of wine.
For more fun, add some grapes, slices of apple, and sliced pears to the array. Enjoy.
