maybe he was maybe not

Questions about Jesus, or Questions designed to convert or recruit people to Jesus (or even away from Jesus for that matter)are simply a waste of time. Ditto for being "saved" or trying to clarify minute points of scripture when there are so many different interpretations and editions of text. People have already decided for the most part if they believe in the fiction written in the bible. People who feel God talks to them have psychological problems because hearing voices is a psychological illness. All the major world religions have issues like this.

The Bible says Jesus was of no mean appearance. That means you wouldn't pick him out of a crowd. When he was on earth in his human form he probably had black curly hair, a big nose and skin about the color of most middle easterners.

Know for a fact that Jesus is all thing to tall men--and if you need him black to accept him as savior, then he is black.

Look... It doesn't matter what color Jesus was. This man died a horrible death no matter what color he was, so all of our different colored human beings can have eternal life with Him in heaven upon accepthing Jesus as your savior, and repenting of your sins. Souls do not have a color. I personally believe that Jesus was relatively dark in color, and I am a 48 year old white woman. There is only one race and that is the HUMAN race.

If you put different colored small age children into a room together, they will play and not care about the difference in color among them. Because as they grow older, society teaches them to start to hate people of different colors. They are not born that way.

We all should learn from small children what God means when He told us to love one another. HE did not say love only those of your own color. A true Christain would not post such a question as this one you posted.

You really disrespect our LORD calling Him
" Homeboy " !

When I first saw it I thought it was a serious question, and was ready with an answer, but you just want to be disrespectful. Be Careful how you misuse Jesus, you will give an account on the last day.

I believe that the person we attribute greatness to did not matter in ethnicity but in character

we too can choose to do great things with what we have and then what was done by someone else is not as relevant to what you did today, now and for self, others

I've always said, "Once you've gone black, you'll never go back."

I could hang with a black Jesus just like I hang with whynotaxDon!

I'm guessing he was Middle Eastern looking, seeing how he was born and lived in and around the middle east. Probably more brown than black...
