i'm normally shy around guys so i tend just get a glimpse of him and when he looks back, i'd immediatey turn my head on the other direction and pretend i'm busy with something else (like a cellphone or book in my hands).
the best way for me to get him to notice me is befriending his friends so i can fish a few details about what he likes/does and the girl of his dreams. i'd join groups he's interested on, volunteer to activities he'd likely to attend, and the like. i will just need to be as visible as possible to him and hope one day, he'd finally realize he's just seeing too much of me and that's enough sign to ask me out. =)

Eye contact helps but along with that try to engage into conversation with him. Once you two get to talking, smile at him alot and try to compliment him on something. Show alittle bit of your personality, make a joke out of something. Showing a little bit of your physical assets wouldn't hurt either. Over time, a combination of all these things should pretty much prompt him to at least want to approach you. If he doesn't, maybe he's just not interested in you or is already taken.

Just try to attract him. Seeing him eye to eye and smiling and then turning away from him. Blushing when you see him suddenly are all some of the signs that girls show to guys. You also do the same. Try to talk to him anything , asking time , how to go to some place etc, etc. Do a bit of mind reading & thats all nature will take its own course.

Why wait for him to approach you?? I think most guys like it when the women approaches him. But if I guess if you want him to approach you, yes make eye contact and flash a sexy little smile. Body language is everything. So make sure your working your body to your advantage. Good luck!

yeah. i contact is a good thing. But for me, i usually make it to a point that the guy i am interested in will know that it feels so good to have a conversation with me. that i'm really of his time. How do i it? I dont know. Sometimes, i just make sure that he hears what me and my friends are talking about, and hey! im miss i-have-opinion-on-everything. *wink*

Well ifyou ever talk to him just touch him a little bit when you talk. Touch as in put your hand on his shoulder or arm. But not for an extended amount just a second or 2. Engage him in a covo. that might interest him.

eye contact, smile- walk by him and make eyecontact- mostly eyecontact- look at body language to, if she is sitting in a provocative manner then she might be intrested- you guys shouldn't be able to miss our signs- they are pretty clear
