There is a company in Michigan called Tru-Fit International, and Raydiance. They have pieces that range from just a section, to an all over piece. They sometimes work with cancer patients too.

I have used Hairraisers in Cleveland Street in London and Trendco in Kensigton Church Street in the past. Both jhave been excellent service and very helpful in finding what I was looking for.
