For your makeup, wear a shirt in the same, or as close as you have, color as the dress. Then go to a cosmetics counter at a local department store to ask for makeup colors and looks that will look good with that shirt. The women there can help you find the best look, or even do a makeover, for free. Then is you need new colors, you can buy the same thing(s) at a drug store (or where ever you buy your makeup) for less. You can also try a virtual makeover to get ideas about how different colors and looks will suit your face and skin tone.

For a hairstyle, try an on line site that has pictures with step-by-step instructions on how to do them.

You could also go to a salon and ask for style suggestions that will suit your face shape and hair type. You don't have to let them do anything, but a good stylist could point you in the right direction.

Good Luck!

For the up hair do, take four strands and make them kinda curly/wavy. Two in the back, and two on the sides. Secure the strands and flip your hair over and pull your hair to the top of your head. Place in a pony tail and put candy curls in the pony tail! Then take bobby pins and make a messy bun, but still have some curls that are hanging out a little bit!!!

the easiest way to do an updo on your self is to, pull all your hair in a low pony tail. do not band then twist up flat to your head. place bobby pins along seam of hair remaining hair on top us a quarter inch curling iron taking small pieces and curling. Keep your make up soft. To much will make you look like your going to a ball or something.
