Muslims believe Jesus was born of a virgin? Yes
Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet in the line of Isaac? Yes
Muslims believe they are from the line of Ishmael? Yes
Muslims do *not* believe Jesus was crucified and was taken up to heaven? Was that during the transfiguration? Muslims believe Jesus was not crucified but WAS taken up to heaven by two angels sent down by God. God would not allow the bad intentioned people to bring a shameful death to the Messiah. Jesus had prayed to God to be part of the Ummah (Nation) of the Final Messenger of God and God accepted this prayer. Therefore he lifted him out of this world and will return him towards the end times. He will slay the anti-Christ and establish the kingdom of God on Earth. He will descend in Damascus in a manner that the whole world will see his return.
Who was on the cross? Judas was made to look like Jesus, by God, because of his betrayal.

Yes.
Muslims believe that Jesus was born of a virgin.
Muslims believe that Jesus was a Prophet in the line of Isaac.
Muslims believe that they are from the line of Ishmael.
Muslims don't believe that Jesus was crucified and was taken up to heaven, and the man who was on the cross was another man created by GOD, this man looks like Jesus Christ, and GOD did that to save Jesus Christ. So, nobody noticed the difference and till now Christians believe that the one who was on the cross is Jesus Christ.
This thing proves the abilities of ALLAH.
Allah did that to save Jesus Christ.
Sincerely
Mike

We believe in The Word of God, The Quran which stated so.
4:156-159 "That they rejected Faith; That they uttered against Mary A grave false charge; That they said (in boast): 'We killed Christ Jesus The son of Mary, The Messenger of Allah.' But they killed him not, Nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjunction to follow, for of a surety they killed him not. Nay, Allah raised him up Unto Himself; and Allah Is Exalted in Power, Wise. And there is none of the people of the book (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (Jesus) Before his death; And on the Day of Judgment He (Jesus) will be a witness Against them."

All yes,....and most important, they believe that Jesus was taken to heaven.
And they ALSO believ that at the end og times,..Jesus will comeback(second coming),...correct me if i am wrong coz i am christian.
God put dummy on the cross,..thats what they believe.
I thinsk the similaraties in what we believe, are quiet a lot,..more than differences.
Conflicts come when people start to compare differences,...and comparing whos the best,...and not whorshiping God.

'That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-
Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power
And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgment he will be a witness against them;-
