Fresh parsley is what i've always heard too. It's not all that peasant a taste.
Remember however if you eat a lot of garlic it comes out of your skin pores.
I love garlic also

fresh parsley and tic tacs, maybe some of your clients ate garlic too, see them in windy place by the sea, they wont even notice, haha

I've heard about it coming out ur pores too - laffed at first didn't believe it but its true. Sorry to repeat everyone else's answer but yep garlic and lemon stuff.

Get round to your nearest deli/health/spice shop and get some green cardamom, in pod form. Chew a few pods, thoroughly (spit out the husks). Works a treat.

I have tried two things ... parsley ... and a coffee bean (not at the same time, though! LOL). However, a Fisherman's Friend lozenge will disguise it a little! ;o)

try a combination of the previous two answers, plus fresh lemon juice if you can st(ou??)mach it. its also brill for getting the smell off hands, food surfaces etc...
if all else fails sip some aftershave/perfume..(try to avoid this option).
