You can't make a girlfriend, you have to ask a girl out and if she says yes then she becomes your girlfriend.

Make girlfriends? Do you mean get a girlfriend? Just be yourself, dress nice, smile when you are out, and have confidence in yourself.

do you mean "i'm a guy who wants a girlfriend"
or "is it possible to make a girlfriend" or "i'm a girl and i have no friends" (yeah sometimes girls call their gals girlfriends)
