I am a Celtic fan, I am a Scottish citizen and as such i am extramely proud of my country and would not support any other team than my own national side. I understand that Celtic FC has many links with Ireland and many of the residents in West Central Scotland, including myself, have ancestral links with Ireland. This does not, however, detract from the fact that i am a Scotsman and will be until the day i die no matter where my life takes me.

Firstly, to Joe Mariotti or whoever he is. Glasgow Celtic were the first ever British Team to win the European Cup.

Glasgow Rangers in their own way are equally good.

Both Celtic and Rangers, like Man U and Chelsea attract fans from all over the world.

If you are Scottish and support one of these teams then you may also support the Scottish National side.

If you are Scottish and support Man U or Chelsea at club level you are going to support your own National Side.

If you are German and support Man U then why support England.

Nowadays when you watch a well know club side it is like watching an international. There are so many foreign players playing in the UK.

Im a rangers fan and i support scotland i hate the fact that my club brings out england lookalike strips. When there is a competition on whether euro or world championships i would support Ireland before england because of there keltic background.(notice i didn't spell it with a c)

As they're both scottish teams I would have thought their fans support Scotland above other countries! Certainly not England, they hate us lol.
