persons who're stepped forward in meditation prepare and spend an incredible type of time in meditation often times journey states of "entire absorption" which appear as if a go between deep sleep and organic awareness (awareness of no longer something "different"). widely used awareness is sensorial and dualistic; while subconscious content cloth turns into attenuated interior the path of the meditative technique and while the strategies turns into so quiet and absorbed that the experience of "different" is purged, then there is not any longer something to journey yet a organic awareness or witness state. This has been suggested interior the Upanishads consisting of passages interior the Brihadayanyaka Upanishad, the in Advaita Vedantist texts, and in specific Buddhist texts such because of the fact the Prajnapramita Hridaya Sutra. I extremely have experienced the state you describe the two in meditation and likewise have entered into absorbed meditative states on a similar time as slumbering and that they experience distinctive from sleep. A meditator needs to differentiate between those states of absorption and dullness and sleep. The journey is qualitatively distinctive. to respond to your question, this state is a lesser-variety state of organic awareness and absorption. Adepts talk of yet another state wherein awareness shines greater totally yet, nevertheless, there is in user-friendly terms awareness, no longer awareness of "different."

In meditation you can concentrate on your breaths. Breathe in and out slowly. With each breath, say a mantra in your mind...anything which makes you feel closer to God. Eg. Om Namah Shivaya / I love you Allah / I love you Jesus / I love you God. Breathe in peace and God's love and breathe out your stress and worries. In meditation, your chakras or spiritual centres along your spine can become more open thus making you more spiritual and God conscious. It's all about realizing that we are part of God. We are really spirit having a bodily experience. For Christians who want to criticize meditation, the Bible says "Be still and know that I am God." I know people of different religions who are doing meditation and it's bringing them closer to God. I even knew a non-religious girl who tried meditation and told me "it was cool."

Opening yourself to that state of mind will only open a door you will eventually regret opening. God forbids these kind of things. I suggest you find something else to dwell on that is constructive. Believe me, I know from experience what is "out there" and you don't want those kind of beings influencing you or "attaching" themselves to you to influence you. Beware; you have been warned.
