I broke up with my bf, what should I do if he keeps calling me?

I swore to God I will never get back to that relationship again. But what if he calls me? If I don't pick up he's gonna call my office and disturb everyone. He is a psycho. What should I do?

write to him, be gentle but firm to let him know exactly how u feel and why u want to quit this relationship. don't let him wondering in the air why u refuse to talk to him again. meanwhile, take steps to put yourself back to ur life priorities. care about your family and friends.don't go straight to another relationship .

Well if you made a promise to yourself keep it, don't let any loser make you lose your sleep, ignore his calls and if he gets persistent talk to him and tell him not to call you again, and if he keeps calling after that, I think that's called harassment, threaten him, tell him you'll call the police if he doesn't leave you alone, sometimes we have to get to this point if we don't have another choice and since you said he is a "psycho," you should really be careful! Change your number and tell the people at the office that if he should call they should cover for you. If things gets really hectic then I suggest that you get a restraining order on him as things can get out of hand. tell him you broke up with because you cheated on him,and you got hiv from it and that you care so much about him as a friend that you don't want to transmit the disease to him and that you just have to let him go for those to reasons that you don't wanna get him sick and that you betrayed him behind his back.if he is prsistant also tell him that you do not like him that way anymore,that's why you cheated on him and that you would like to finish in good terms with him.not friends but not enemies.that really you are concerned about other things like your disease and death and guiltiness.and if the guy is in his right mind he will run away very soon.i know it sounds weird and he might think is stupid and a big lie from you but try and be convinced of this and make him believe it.it's very important to do it as your security is ta risk so stick to something girl and make him go.

seriously that's happenes in most of relationships if you both crazy or one of you , deal with if you know him enough what's will calm him down? why you have to break with him , maybe you leaveing him in need time, why you were in relationship with him from the beginning if you calling him a psycho now ...i can assure you don't have enough experience ......

i know those ones- if it gets bad- you're gonna have to report him- it'll talke ages before the cops do anything about him. If you have 2 big strong looking brothers- it helps to intimidate.It helps to hang around with loads of guy friends who have the same frame as big burly brothers too!

You can try to ignore the calls but if he's spycho like you say, even if you ignore him- he'll find a way- i know- i remember. Nasty feeling

Get a restraining order on him right away. Dont wait. explain to your job that hes crazy and he might start harrassing you,,just so they know. Dont take any of his phone calls!!!
