Take another example of 8th standared girl student. College boy and the male teacher try to atract her. she also understand their intentetion but no colloge girl or the female teacher try to attract the same 8th standard boy. thats why girls get quick mental maturity than boy.

Take another example of a brother and sister in a family. Sister is more responsible than his brother even she is younger.

By naturally man has more rulling capacity.
In developed countries men and women has equal rights but the number of men ruler and women ruler never equal. for example look at the senet members of USA. In USA men and women has thier equal right but number of women member are very few because it nature.

I can tell another practical example, any girl can complaint against a boy all the society beleives and charge for eve teasing.
