There's a ferry every morning that goes from Phukett island to Phi Phi. As for going to Krabi I don't know specifics but it should be real easy to get a minibus.

boats are easy and regular, unless you are going to be staying at the rayavadee or somewhere high class like that you have to lump all your luggage around.
What hotel are you staying in in phuket, you could have major luggage driven from phuket to your hotel in krabi at about a cost of 2000 baht and then just take light luggage to phi phi

Don t take too much luggage, that way it ll be much easier to jump on the water taxi/ferry/truck or other means of transport. There are lots of different ways to get around in Thailand and the locals are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Just smile like they do, after all its the land of smiles! Have a great trip!

Extremely easy. These places have an interwoven travel network according to whatever style of travel you wish. Arrangements are easy to make on the spot. No problem.

It is SO easy to get anywhere is Thailand. Literally go to a guest house or whereever you are staying, and they will tell you to come back at whatever time to get the truck to take you to the coach, to catch the train, to get the boat...
Not as stressful as it sounds.
