You should be much lighter the second time.
Otherwise rapid weight loss is only water sweated off which will be replaced once you re-hydrate yourself.

You can lose a lot of water wight in no time. Just excercise a lot without drinking. It would probably make you very sick or kill ya, but it's possible.
