Try this site. (be sure to go all the way down) Make sure your boss has your firewall turned off.

You'll need a program to unzip it. Simply do a search for "unzip" and I think you'll find several free programs you can download to unzip the file for you.

HOWEVER, many companies have rules about downloads. Since internet viruses cost millions of dollars in downtime and hardware problems, most companies forbid employees from downloading ANY software without prior approval. IF it's something you need to do your job, ask an IT professional in your company to help or to do it for you. If not, you run the risk of losing your job. Make sure you're willing to accept the risk if you do this.

There is a reason it's blocked, have you not thought that maybe the company don't want you to sit and watch videos?

If you ask your manager or the technical support staff to install it for you they will do so if it's required to complete your work.

Even if you could download the file, you don't have Administrator access to install it.

Only way around that is to make nice with your system administrator.

Ask your IT support staff to load it, that's what they are for.
