I'd buy the books - ebay might be a good place to start, or Amazon market place. If you buy the Pure Points books and before, the points values are slightly different than in the most recent cookbooks, as the points system has changed.
I'd also consider getting a no-fat cookbook (a no-fat diet is 5% fat or less in a meal). I've got several of these from remaindered bookshops - and they're just as good as the WW books. And you don't have to be a member to join!
Best of luck - and I know what you mean about putting all the weight back on. I've done much the same, and am fed up of yo-yo dieting, as I keep putting the weight back on... Maybe I should simply start to love who I am, including my physical being??!

I am doing the weight watchers diet and I buy the magazine each month and it has loads of great recipes in. I also bought two cook books off E-bay. They were quite expensive but like you say you have to be a member to get them, but I swear by them.
I also buy food from Tesco from their healthy living range and it has the points value on the packaging. I love the little cakes, helps my sweet tooth!!
Good luck with the diet, I've managed to lose 2stone 4lbs so far!!

I really like both fruits and fruit and vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

In the event that it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
