Get a restraining order. Go to the courthouse early in the morning (it gets busy later on). It will take about 1 or 2 hours total, and maybe $30 to have an officer serve the order.

Hi Carmen, if you feel like you need to tell him anything at all, leave him a note when he is not around or send him a letter, or e-mail. If you are really afraid, go stay with a friend and family, call the police to report this, and try and get a restraining order. I think that will send a clear message to him. I hope things get easiser for you.

First of all be very careful !!! i can not stress this to u enough !!! some of these creeps r very dangerous !!! keep your house locked when u r in, ALWAYS !!! Do u have a police officer that is a friend [prefere male ] ?? if so have him call him !!! sometimes just a phone call from a PO scares them away.. Has he threatened u in any way ??? honey, stalking is against the law don't be to shy to call yr local police or sheriff's dept. It would be helpful to have his tag # DO NOT PUT YR SELF IN HARMS WAY...honey don't wait till something happens to u before u do something !!! trust me i have been raped twice !!! many times telling them to go away just excites them more ..good luck !!! watch yr back...

Tell him that you think he is a very sweet person (this is just a lie for your safety). Then tell him you are not ready for a relationship. And then move on. If he stalks then call the police.

Get a restraining order and kick him in the jewels. You have obviously not been harsh enough with him, if you told him to piss off then he should respect your wishes, and if he still doesn't then kick him in the jewels harder.
