Not necessarily. Any action that goes against God is a sin.

To an extent. But I believe that if the Bible says nothing about it, it's between the person and God. For example, the Bible says nothing specifically about smoking pot. I don't believe that it's TECHNICALLY a sin, but for some people it can be, if it comes between them and God.
Romans 14:14
"As one who is in the Lord Jesus, I am fully convinced that no food (some translations say ANYTHING) is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for him it is unclean."

Yes, every sin you can do is in the Bible, but of course maybe not directly.

personal opinion is no as there are many who might disagree with me. however, when one goes against the laws, rules and mores of the Culture and Society in which one lives then this might be considered a sin because the act goes against another members free will and rights in the same Culture and Society. when this takes place it might be considered a sin.

Yes and no! If it is in the bible it is definently a sin, if it says not to do it. But if it is not, go with your "Little voice in your head". Basicllyy if you feel bad about it, don't do it!

Sin is an outdated concept. No fixed list of rules applies to every situation. Instead, try thinking for yourself instead of being spoon-fed your morality.

Religion makes people morally lazy.

No. Anything that is not of faith can be sin.
Romans 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because [he eateth] not of faith: for whatsoever [is] not of faith is sin.

I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!
