An area is small, and morals are no good after having moved in the country.
A no-smoking area is large in a big city, but feels even a destination at a local place.

Smoking is the act work like the sun rays which reach to restricted area also and smoker would not able to stop it.
Thus a smoker unknowingly effect the person to whom he does not want to harm. This may be his own son,mother or any loved one.
