Does it help you people sleep at night, the thought of having a guardian angel? Or is it like professionaly wrestling, where everyone knows it's fake but still watch it anyway for fun, and while we're watching, we start to not care even if its all an act?

ADD: Your answers and insights are very much appreciated... by the way i don't "hate" believers of God or any other religion, and I don't think I'm a "smart guy" im asking a question here. I just find it sad that many people are suffering and there are many wars and controversies all because of some religious groups. Many wars are started because of these clashes in belief, and I would just like to know WHY is it so important that some people would devote their lives on something that they can't ever prove. Its a tough world out there and everyone is in a fight to live their own life the way they want it to turn out. Believing in God is like depending a power in which you don't have any control. Thoughts?Violent reactions?are welcome

well I would imagine also that there is no harm in believing that god might be a very scientific being/creator, science still can't prove or disprove that god exists, and no I don't sleep any better at night knowing this, my sleeping disorder isn't high on my priorty list of things to deal with right now in my life, and why are you so sure that wrestling is fake? I mean they only call it world wrestling entertainment for a reason, anyways I think it all is an act as is, and we are all just characters in some sort of cosmic play, and also to frameoffice there is chaos in life, in fact everything about life is contradictory which makes it chaotic, every living thing eventually dies

If you've ever seen the movie "What The Bleep Do We Know" you would have learned that the scientific community (quantum physics particularly) as a whole is now starting to accept that there is a God.

I died in a car wreck several years ago and had the wonderful pleasure of going all the way over to the "other side". I now know that there really is a God and I know that no one on this planet loves me a much as God does. And God DOES need us JUST AS much as we need God! I now have comfort in knowing that I can't really die and that there really is such a thing as perfection.

all religion is pseudo science. There are countless holes in the Bible. For example, that whole Noah's Ark and THE Flood is utterly ridiculous. The seven day theory about how god created the world and life is totally ridiculous. The Bible was written by average Joe's. no more or no less than today's citizens. I like how the old testament says that people could live hundreds of years without high tech medicines and equipment. I think Noah lived like 300 years. According to the Bible. It's total BS. Don't give any money to religion organizations and support separation of church and state.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, they're like assholes, everyone has one. I grew up Catholic, and although I don't live life like a "good" Catholic should, I pray and know there is a God. What is wrong with having something to believe in? We all have our thing, I don't go around talking about how much I love the Lord, to each their own. I have my own personal relationship with God and believe that things happen for a reason. Yes, we have free will, however, we are put in positions to be tempted by evil and it is a matter of our own judgment whether or not to give into Satan. Yes, I know in my heart God real, Satan is real, it is no facade.

I believe in God because of that feeling that thrives in my heart, but to answer your question. I started having dreams that gave me images. I drew the images on the computer and slowly realized these held science in them, but as I discovered science I also found religion. Many things I discovered and although it could all just be a lesson for ME as my own student I can't help but see how all these different images I am creating, are related to one thing.
It's like I am creating many different pages to one book, and the whole story tells me how we are everything and everything is one, so where there is science, there is no doubt ably God -in my opinion

A visual theory of everything is what I am sharing. I actually try and find mistakes in the art I create, and the more I look for them, the more I see just how much all is one thing, just shown a little differently...enabling me to highlight the relevances between all images.
My charts show how Christ fills time-I never doubted what I felt before my work, but there is no way my eyes can deceive me with what I see in these charts and many images

Either the unproven and unprovable theory of evolution is false, or the Bible is in gross error and there is no God. "Theistic evolution" is not a viable alternative, as it asserts that God "jump started" creation by creating all matter, laws, and primitive life, and then stepped back and let it evolve as the proponents of evolution affirm.
Let us begin at the beginning, since that is where God starts. The first four words in the Bible state, plainly and simply, "In the beginning God" and the remainder of the sentence tells what God did in the beginning: "created the heavens and the earth." Nothing alluding to a gradual evolution of matter and animals is even hinted at. Creation is the proof that God exists! It is His signature, His copyright, His lawful claim of ownership.
The Bible is clear. The teaching that everything made itself and is accountable only to itself instills doubt, corrupts morals, devastates lives, and separates people and nations from the true God.
Evolution is the "eyeglasses" through which many scientists-and even "theistic evolutionists"-view things. Everything they see in nature is either consciously or unconsciously interpreted as having "evolved." One philosopher once commented with tongue-in-cheek, "Evolution is the descent of man from monkey, which some people forgot to make."

Science and Religion seemed to be explaining the same thing!

God is all there is - labelling it with either science or religion doesnt matter. Science has only just caught up with what the mystical and spiritual masters have been saying for thousands of years - they have met at a crossroads for the first time in our history - which should be celebrated.

Look around you at ALL of your reality things, people, etc - it's all made of the same stuff; quantum physics will tell you this and so will the spiritual masters.

QED.

Thats a great question, most 'religious' types know that the bible is written by man, but wont admit it... also they tend to keep up the pretences to keep 'face'... i mean they'd look a bit silly if they suddenly said to everyone that the bible is a crock... when last week they were proclaiming that jesus "is life" and all that rubbish.

More and more people are discovering that the supertitious ritual called praying does not even work - fact and the real truth comes when you finally prove to yourself that god does not exist

take the test and prove it to yourself right now !

I think some people do it because they feel theres more to life. Also i think people think they aren't accountable for their own actions if they can blame it on god or claim their 'sins' are ok because god forgives them. You can't (at this point in time) explain everything with science, therefore people say its the work of a 'higher being'.

there is science in the Quran that states things that were impossible to discover in its time when it was created, plus it was discovered in the Quran before and scientists or biologists even discovered it. Such as that we revolve around the sun, and that the earth is round. Also the stages of pregnacy which were impossibe to discover during that time because there was no altrasound or technology to even discover this. So your asking how you got here?................please give me an explanation to how the patterns were created in space, and how we came from monkeys. WHY IS THERE STILL MONKEYS IF WE "USE" TO BE MONKEYS? Only Allah(swta) can answer your question....may you be guided.
