I want to set up my own personal web site basically for writing my blogs and posting my articles. I am looking for the following features

2)Ease of administration.
3) Relaible
4) Should have features for blogging and writing articles

Just go to www.blogger.com and click "Create your blog now".
You will get an URL like yourname.blogspot.com, or you can choose to publish the blog to your existing homepage if you'd like.
