Go to your doctor. Depending on the type of wart and it's specific location the doctor will have a solution.
Although this may seem humorous to some, it isn't and the correct method of removal is important. There are some topical ointments that can work with some warts. Other warts require manual techniques. While burning and cutting are processes doctors have used, it is more likely that freezing is appropriate.

I know its embarrassing but the best way to get rid of it (in fact, the only way to get rid of it) is to go to a doctor! If you don't it'll spread and you'll end up with several warts on a penis and if you have a girlfriend she'll probably get a few too! Not good and certainly not romantic! So swallow your pride and go to the doctor for medication instead of trying a spot of DIY at home.

Considering that this is a serious medical question, you've certainly brought the idiots out in force!
The only possible advice you should take is that from the more sensible answerers - see your GP or visit a GUM / STD clinic. You'll find the latter clinics at your nearest big hospital, and treatment is so confidential that even your own GP isn't told about it.

You will have to visit sexual transmitted diseases clinic, don't worry it is not as bad as it sounds (the title), people go to these clinic with genital problems, men and women, it is perfectly normal, the remedy for this i think is that they freeze it off, i had a friend who had this and they sorted it out quickly. If you have intercourse make sure you protect yourself, make sure you think of your partner. If you don't sort it quickly you could end up with a couple of warts. So make that appointment cause it will not go away, Good luck

It doesn't sound like you've gone to see the doctor...so I suggest you do that. Some of my guy friends have faced the same problems...and though they were embarrassed about going to see the doctor at first, they were able to get a cure from the doctor. Good luck!
