In Singapore, there is an effective test that schools use to determine if someone is overweight, underweight or acceptable, called the BMI (body mass index).
I'm not sure if it works with pounds and inches so I had it converted.
BMI = weight / height x height
Your weight in kilograms : 61.0
Your height in meters : 1.64
Your BMI = 22.68
The recommended BMI is 18, but 22 is not so bad.
You could try to eat a bit less during meals, or cut down on snacks. Stay away from fast food too often, and do a few daily exercises, like push ups or sit ups everyday, 20 to 30 of each should be fine. You should be at a good level in about two weeks!
Hope this helps :)

It's up to you, reducing an inch all over, you would drop a dress size. Your weight is not so important, as is your body fat percentage, which you can check with an online body fat percentage calculaotr (not entirely accurate) or buy body fat scales/callipers. Ideally, your body fat should be somewhere between 15% and 30%. HTH : )

Hey there-
134.5 lbs for 5'4'' is completely normal. Focus more on how you feel---if you fuel your body with healthy food (and that doesn't mean just eating salads or not eating enough) then you will have more energy and feel better about yourself. And, having a tiny bit of fat on your stomach is healthy...cuz if you don't have any then you run into all sorts of health problems.

it is always good to get rid of the fat. The ideal weight for a particular height is misleading, because the bone weight is not considered in it.
It is important to remain fit and healthy. To be fit, get rid of the fat, and to be healthy, make sure you dont have cholesterol in the blood (a simple blood test will show you how much you have).

It actually sounds like a good weight to me. As far as the half inch of fat on your stomach, cardio is the only thing that will get rid of that.

You are fine. Your Body Mass Index is within acceptable range. Type BMI Calculator into your search engine, and check for yourself.

An inch here...an inch there...No one will ever notice...only you! Stop freaking out cuz you're just fine. Your weight couldn't be better. If you don't belive me...book an appointment at your local nutritionist. His opinion you can definately trust.
Anyhow...you're just fine!

If you don't work out, your weight and size will climb, sometimes very quickly.
Run 2 miles per day, 6 days per week.

Your goal should be to get over yourself. It's annoying.
