The business cannot be legally operating because the immigrant will not have a National Insurance number or be in a position to pay tax. This is an offence. It means the company will be employing that person illegally, which is an offence as the company is treated as a seperate entity.
It pretty much means that the whole set up is illegal, no matter how big it is.

travell to nothern Ireland, no passport needed, then get the train to Dublin (republic of Ireland) no passport needed, pop into the local register office get married , bob's your uncle or a longer route is to have a baby or even better invest in your home country and you help yourself and your fellow countrymen!
