I dont think any kind of supernatural methods exist to heal one if that's what you mean. I'm skeptical, but cant rule out the possibility of acupuncture and other similar methods having positive affects on health. I believe that a persons own state of mind and body strength determines how fast you heal and how often you get sick.

What are you trying to ask?
What type of power were you referring to?
The sick get healed all the time, normally at a doctors or a hospital, by the 'power' of medicine - but I don't think this is what you were talking about...
You need to be more specific.
