Yes definitely it should. But not for some democratic reason, but for reproduction reason. India is a state with close to 1 billion people, and legalizing homosexuality will decrease this number.

Think from the view of such people if you would have been the same then what would have we felt and what else not.

Now think that the people who are not the same are very eagered about the girls, etc and the same feeling might arise in the people who are Homosexual.
