I've always liked the name Cosmos. No, I didn't get it from Seinfield, but from the movie Moonstruck (the little dog was named Cosmos) and this shortlived comedy with Randy Quaid in the early 80's where the female school teacher was named Cosmos. I thought that was cool!

Let your pup name himself. I named my pup by running through a list of names I could live with. When I got to his name he turned and looked me square in the eye. That was 5 years ago and he is still "Mack".

Your time and attention is what your pup wants more that anything else. I have heard it said that the worst thing you can do to a dog is leave him alone.

Nifada is a snowflake in greek. It sounds nice in greek too. The i is pronounced like the letter e (like in the word pizza) and the accent is on the middle a.
Also the d is pronounced as th (in the word this), but if it is easier for you you can pronounce it d.

Everest. Or the name of some other snow toped mountain.

And any good dog treat should help speed along your relationship. Liver treats are usually a big hit.

Good luck with your new friend!

Make sure you give it a name that you won't mind shouting at the top of your voice in the street.

Two syllable names are best.

Schnoodle sounds great to me!

hm, try Alex, Kai or Rex. If its a girl try Anita. Maybe snowflake, snow, or snowbell. Liver treats rock, so I would recommend you try giving him those. Good luck to you!
