As so much as we each love rice, the relaxation of the world thinks it is a aspect dish. Ordering within the states, chicken is more often than not ordered with mash potatoes, cole slaw or different facets. Rice is not even a side offered at KFC go figure !!!!

Hiya yeah Chicken and rice are good for you rice esp its a super food, but if your doing it for muslce gain and training you really need to increase your protien intake so yeah Chicken,Tuna and if you can afford it Protien supplements for Maximuscle will help better than any food.
Oh yeah and for mega protien drink raw eggs i know the thought is horrible but they have a uge amount of protien try adding choc nesquik
all you need is a very high protien diet and you will gain muscle.
And when your training you dont need to do loads of light weights like you do,try very heavy weights and squezze10-12 reps 2 or 3 times and this is the best way to gain muscle fast and bulk

Yep - 3 billion Chinese can't be wrong. If you're doing it as part of an exercise regime then you're getting protein and carbs but you need loads more than just this ie lots of veggies and fish too for example. Would suggest you also try to make sure it's whole rice not the overly processed rubbish

Chicken and rice is great, especially if you eat skinless breast meat and wholegrain brown rice but even white rice is ok I think. I eat lots of this myself. I think it is very healthy as long as you also eat lots of fruit and vegetables and something containing calcium (yogurt, milk etc) I think you should get most of what you need. A meal I cook often is rice with chick peas eaten with natural yogurt or fromage frais. My Lebanese partner cooked it for me and at first I didnt like the idea of the yogurt with rice but now I love it. Sometimes we eat it with chicken but often just as it is. You can add spices to the rice to add flavour or just cook the rice in water with chicken stock in. Its cheap, nutricious and very tasty.
Walking, swimming and lots of sex(if you have a partner) will keep you fit.Good luck!

chicken rice potatoes veg etc all great, for useful training: principles of training

SPECIFICTY - concentrate on an area you want to improve eg: aerobic fitness
OVERLOAD - overload the muscles ie: highest weight you can do and work as hard as possible, and next time it will be easier - so over load more when it does
PROGRESSION - when you have overloaded and something becomes easier, go to the next weight, speed etc
REVERSIBILITY - if you dont use it you lose it

stick to them and see what happens, good luck and stay off the steriods!!

Chicken and Rice contain virtually everything you need. Hospitals give people who have been seriously ill for a long time chicken and rice to build them back up.

Vets also give a chicken and rice mixture to some animals.

definitely;y, chicken is full of protein and the rice has carbs, you need them both. the protein will help you gain strength and muscle tone and the carbs facilitate energy levels. sound like you have the right ideas, try introducing other proteins into the diet like red meat(Lean of course) and fish, don't forget to eat some fruit and veg if you like it . if not get supplements. well done.

yes...as chicken is consider as white meat which is healthier than the red meat. rice is good as it is fulfilling and have lots of carb. the best is to eat according to the food pyramid, make sure have good amount of fibre as well, drinks lots of water, moderate exercise, enough high quality supplement and a POSITIVE MIND...

Yes chicken and rice is good- rice is a different form of protien too. And rather than eating 247, try having shakes, such as Met-RX its really good!
