I am very short sighted , my dad wears glasses , my father in law , in addition to my wife
We have a 3 months old boy , is there anything we can do to help him not to be very short sighted like me ?

Sorry but if it is in the genes there is not much you can do about it. Now that does not mean he will need glasses when he gets older but most likely. Both my husband and I are far sited and of our 4 kids 3 are already in glasses also far sited.
The best thing you can do is make sure he gets lots a beta carotene when he gets a little older and that may help but that is only theory.

Make sure that the child has a good balanced diet and follow your doctor's instructions.

the only way you will know this is take your baby to the optician...
or have a word with your health practitioner who will help and offer you advice
